Automatic sampling scheme for enterprise emission monitoring

I. Purpose

According to the requirements of the owner, it is necessary to automatically sample the raw water of printing and dyeing sewage enterprises, and complete the automatic mixing or manual mixing of water samples for 24 hours according to the requirement of collecting one water sample every hour; the owner arranges to manually sample the water samples of 10 enterprises every day and return them to the laboratory for detection.

II. Difficulties and Solutions

1. The raw water of printing and dyeing sewage enterprises will have a certain amount of fluff or lines and other impurities, which will lead to blockage of pipeline managers;

--Adopt larger diameter water collecting pipe, when installed with main drainage pipe, built-in elbow is bent along the direction of water flow.

2. in the enterprise after the lifting pump arrangement sampling pipe will appear the following two situations:

A. Intermittent drainage, there may be cases where no water sample can be collected, if identified?

--Through the water sensor, sensing water to start the water collection device.

B.Pump outlet pressure instability, affecting the sampling volume, if accurate measurement of sampling volume?

--Automatic sampler uses overflow tank, measuring cup, etc. for accurate measurement. 

3.There is no manual sampling on the same day. How to automatically drain the water sample to ensure normal sampling the next day?

--Lift motor rises, open the drain valve to empty the mixing bucket. Rinse the mixing bucket with raw water, and then enter the next cycle of sampling.

4.Installation environment is outdoor, there are acid and alkali, high temperature, exposure or rain around the situation, how to ensure the normal operation of the system?

--Try to choose a place that can be shaded from the sun and rain. If there is no such thing, add a custom stainless steel shell.

5.Timely detection of sampling and discharging conditions (normal/abnormal), actual sampling times per day, sampling volume each time, remote control of sampling and sampling volume and other functions.
